Every year, the M+A Partners’ trainee programme provides an opportunity for talented and dedicated individuals to join the firm, gaining valuable business skills from on-the-job learning and studying toward their chosen professional qualification. 2024 marks one of the firm’s largest intakes to date, highlighting a commitment to investing in the team and the breadth of services offered to clients.

In our Cromer office, we welcomed Leah Bushell as our Accounts and Tax Trainee. Leah will be studying towards her AAT qualification and brings a wealth of enthusiasm to our team. Outside of work, Leah is an accomplished swimmer with a national title under her belt. In her free time, she enjoys walking, baking, and spending time with her horse, Rue.
