Phil joined M+A Partners in early 2022, in the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the firm, Phil was Managing Director of a food import business for ten years.

As Chief Operating Officer, Phil oversees the strategic and operational direction of the firm to enable Partners and the wider M+A team to be as effective as possible in the delivery of their services to clients.

“Making sure we are resourceful, responsive and operationally efficient is key to helping our team deliver a high quality of client service. However, it’s also important that we create a collaborative workplace, sharing ideas and knowledge, whilst encouraging continuous learning.

It is my role to ensure we have a strategy that combines operational responsibilities with a commitment to the development of our firm and our people – creating opportunities for progression and enabling us to deliver the future ambitions of our clients.”
