There are four stages to our selection process and each stage is designed to ensure we understand the most about you and your abilities.
- Submit a covering letter and CV
- Numerical reasoning test
- First stage face-to-face interview with HR and/or Managing Partner
- Second stage interview with a relevant Partner or Manager
Please note, graduates do not need to have completed a degree in the relevant discipline to be considered for our programmes.
