National Apprenticeship Week 2023
It’s National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) from 6 – 12 February, the 16th annual celebration of apprenticeships across England.
The week is shining a light on apprenticeships and how they positively impact individuals, businesses, and the wider economy.
Skills for Life
The theme for this week is ‘Skills for Life’, which reflects on how apprenticeships can help people to enhance and develop the skills and knowledge needed to have a successful career, as well as helping businesses create a talented workforce that has robust skills for the future.
The National Apprenticeship Week website has a great range of resources to help you understand how apprenticeships work and their benefits.
Whether you are early into your career, looking to upskill your current job, or looking for a career-change – an apprenticeship can offer you the opportunity to achieve these goals.
Apprenticeships at M+A
At M+A Partners, we pride ourselves on providing excellent accountancy apprenticeships, in which our apprentices learn and gain valuable on-the-job training to develop their skills and build a career with us.
We work with excellent training providers who facilitate your learning for either the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) or Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT), whilst at the same time delivering a hands-on experience through comprehensive on-the-job training.
Each of our offices offers a supportive working environment with skilled mentors that help you reach your potential whilst gaining a nationally recognised qualification.
