Louise has been a valued Senior Manager at the North Norfolk office since 2023 and has proudly been part of the management team – formerly Barber and Co – since 2007.
Having always worked in North Norfolk, she enjoys supporting a diverse range of clients and has developed a deep understanding of the local economy.
“From the big skies and beautiful surroundings, to the clients I support and the talented team I work with, I love living and working in North Norfolk. It’s a special place and I consider myself very lucky. The business community is fantastic – full of opportunity but not without its challenges, especially of late.
It’s great to see larger Norfolk-based enterprises leading the way for smaller ones, using local suppliers and offering guidance, and I love seeing entrepreneurs unafraid to try something different.”
Louise finds building long-lasting client relationships hugely rewarding and takes time to understand their circumstances, enabling proactive conversations about what the numbers really mean for them and their business.
Outside of work, Louise can be found walking her dogs across North Norfolk, or working on her golf game. Learning to play the piano is on her “one day” list, though she’s not sure how the rest of the family feel about that!
