M+A Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of several new team members, reflecting a continued focus on developing the firm’s expertise and capacity to deliver excellent client service.
This autumn, eight talented individuals join the firm – including a new intake of Trainees, a placement year student, and one experienced professional stepping into a key role – each bringing diverse skills and fresh perspectives.
Six of the new joiners start their careers with M+A Partners through the firm’s trainee programme, which welcomes a new cohort of graduates and school leavers each year. As part of the programme, trainees take on roles across the accounts, audit, and tax teams – building both practical experience and technical knowledge. This structured pathway provides a strong foundation for gaining professional qualifications and pursuing long-term careers in their chosen specialism.
We are delighted to welcome this year’s new trainees: Maddie Houlihan, Hannah Martell, Maddie Smith, Elsie Eley, Ben Williams and Charlie Wood – who re-joins the firm following a successful placement year.
Undergraduate placement years offer students valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to gain insight into a specific area of interest, supporting more informed career decisions. This year, the firm is pleased to welcome Molly Gant, who joins as an Accounts and Finance Assistant as part of her placement.
Also joining the firm is Sharra Rydon, who takes on the role of Sales Ledger & Credit Control Assistant, contributing valuable skills and support to the finance team.
Chief Operating Officer Phil Webster commented on the appointments:
“At M+A Partners, we recognise that our people are central to delivering exceptional client service and driving the firm’s long-term success. It is fantastic to welcome such a talented group of individuals this September, as we continue to grow our team and provide opportunities to develop skills, build expertise, and support meaningful career progression.
We look forward to seeing the contributions they will make and wish them every success in their new roles as part of the M+A team.”
Applications for M+A Partner’s 2026 trainee programme are now open.
