Companies House have confirmed the 3 month filing deadline extension has been removed with immediate effect.
This ends the automatic extensions that had been introduced by Companies House in response to the Covid pandemic.
As such, unless a 3 month extension has already been granted, all company accounts must be submitted within 9 months of the relevant period end to avoid any late filing penalties.
