As previously communicated, we have been supporting the transition of our staff to home working over the past week so that we now have only a minimal team operating from our Norwich office; our Attleborough and Cromer offices have now closed. We are therefore pleased that our accelerated planning means we will be able to comply fully with the Government’s most recent advice, looking after the health and wellbeing of our staff and the wider community, whilst simultaneously maintaining a first-class service to our clients.
It continues to be our priority to provide clients with the same level of support and stability that they have come to expect from M+A Partners. Operating remotely, our switchboard remains open, enabling us to put you in touch with the appropriate team member.
As you will appreciate call volumes are likely to be very high and therefore, wherever possible, we would encourage clients to use email for any enquiries in the first instance. Your M+A Partners contact will then call back or we can arrange to talk at a time that is convenient for you.
Each of our team members is set up to work securely and efficiently from home and we are currently focused on guiding you through the financial measures that are now available to help businesses and others during this extremely challenging time.
Given the current circumstances, wherever possible, please send any books and records to us electronically rather than delivering them in person.
