M+A Partners has made six management and senior-level promotions across its Accounts, Tax and Business Services departments.
The firm of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Tax Advisers prioritises the development of its team as they progress within their careers and is delighted to announce their most recent internal promotions across a range of different specialisms.
The six promotions comprise Tessa Morgan to Director of Private Client Services, Louise Tipper to Accounts and Tax Senior Manager, Amy Ring to Tax and Trusts Manager, Georgina Lemmon to Account Manager, Gary Brown to Business Services Manager and Anthony Helliwell to Accounts and Tax Senior.

Tessa Morgan – Director of Private Client Services
Tessa joined M+A Partners in 2010, specialising in private client work. Her experience in personal tax compliance has helped M+A Partners’ private client team to expand significantly in recent years, offering an expert service that assists clients with making informed tax planning decisions.
Tessa’s promotion to the new role of Director of Private Client Services reflects the growth of the private client department and consolidates the expertise of the existing senior management team.

Louise Tipper – Accounts and Tax Senior Manager
Louise is based within our Cromer office and, as a Manager, has been instrumental in ensuring the ongoing development and expert service delivered to the firm’s North Norfolk clients.
Louise’s promotion to Accounts and Tax Senior Manager is testament to her dedication and capacity to efficiently manage a range of clients, responding to their varied accounting, personal and corporate tax requirements.
Amy Ring – Tax and Trusts Manager
Joining the firm in 2016 as a Trainee, Amy quickly progressed to more senior roles and established herself as a valued member of the M+A Partners’ Tax team. Her promotion from Tax Assistant Manager to Tax and Trusts Manager highlights Amy’s successes in her professional qualifications and the trusted relationships she has built with clients. Amy qualified as a member of the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) in 2019, the Chartered Institute of Tax (CIOT) in 2020 and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2021
Georgina Lemmon – Accounts Manager
Since joining M+A Partners in 2014, Georgina has completed her ACCA studies, achieving the ‘P2 Prize-winner award’ for the highest mark worldwide in her Corporate Reporting exam. Georgina’s promotion to Accounts Manager enables her to build on her professional skills and further grow her portfolio of corporate and non-corporate clients.
Gary Brown – Business Services Manager
Since joining M+A Partners in 2014, Gary has provided invaluable IT and software support across the firm and to its clients. As a Certified Chartered Accountant, Gary understands the complex requirements of clients and has an intricate working knowledge of the internal systems required to deliver a high level of service. The firm is delighted to acknowledge his hard work and expertise through his promotion to Business Services Manager.
Anthony Helliwell – Accounts and Tax Senior
Anthony works within the firm’s Cromer office and has been part of the team since 2017. With over 30 years’ experience, Anthony prepares annual accounts and tax returns for a diverse range of clients. He is promoted from Accounts Executive to Accounts and Tax Senior.
