The M+A Partners Attleborough office is delighted to welcome two new team members as it continues to invest in the future of the firm and its clients.

James Burrage has joined as an Accounts and Tax Assistant through M+A’s Trainee Programme, which provides a structured route into accounting, audit, or tax. Combining on-the-job experience with professional study, the programme supports trainees as they build practical skills and begin their careers in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Darina Gorlenko joins as a Property Management Accounts Trainee, supporting the continued expansion of the firm’s Service Charge Accounting team. In this key role, she will contribute to the delivery of professional service charge accounting services to landlords and property management companies nationwide.

Partner Mary-Anne Sargeant said: “As a professional services firm, our people are at the centre of everything we do, and we take great pride in welcoming new trainees to the team. Our graduates and school leavers bring fresh talent, energy, and perspective, and we are always proud to support them as they begin their careers with us. I look forward to seeing all that James and Darina will accomplish as they progress within the firm.”

Head of Property Management Services Sam Routledge said: “Welcoming a trainee with a focus on service charge accounting highlights how this area continues to evolve and grow within our services. We are committed to meeting our clients’ specific requirements and providing peace of mind that all obligations are fulfilled – something made possible by continued investment in our people. I am pleased to have Darina join the team and look forward to her contributions.”
