M+A Partners have provided property management accounting services for over fourteen years. During this time, our team has grown as the service offering has expanded. We now offer specialist support for clients on everything from turnover rents to car park expenditure, head lease calculations and preparing statutory company accounts.

Sam Routledge has been with our Property Management Accounting department since joining the firm in 2018 and we are delighted that he has recently been promoted to Manager.

Previously a Global Change Manager with ten years’ experience in property management accounting, Sam has the expertise to further develop the team and range of services.

Sam specialises in RICS compliant commercial service charges and reporting on residential service charges in accordance with the relevant ICAEW Technical Release. Collaboration between landlords, tenants and property managers is now increasingly important and timely and transparent financial reporting helps to facilitate clear communication between each party. Sam and his team offer straight-forward, practical advice on a range of service charge accounting matters, helping clients meet their regulatory obligations and manage their finances effectively.

Sam commented “I am looking forward to further developing the strong client relationships we have, with an emphasis on delivering the same high-quality service. There will also be a focus on expanding the services we offer, including the introduction of a wider programme of training workshops on property management issues. Training will cover topics such as RICS client accounting regulations, Forward Funding, turnover rent and flexible leases. It is exciting to be in a position to help create further growth within our talented team while introducing new services and support for our client base.”
