There are four stages to our selection process and each stage is designed to ensure we understand the most about you and your abilities.
- Submit a covering letter, CV and if possible a short video of yourself
- Numerical reasoning test
- First stage face-to-face interview with HR and/or Managing Partner
- Second stage interview with a relevant Partner or Manager
Please note, for our Accounts and Audit programmes it is not necessary to have completed a relevant degree.
