Although we have three physical office locations within the firm, it is our goal to create a collaborative, cohesive working environment that recognises the ongoing hard work and commitment of our team.
Achieving a work life balance
It is paramount that we create a positive work life balance and that we value the dedication of our team in providing the best possible service for our clients.
A split between home and office working enables individuals to find the right set-up for their circumstances; whilst regular social activities and department catch-ups ensure a sense of firm-wide unity.
Training
We have established a successful Trainee Programme, taking on a number of graduates and school leavers each year. We help trainees choose the right learning pathway for them, be this AAT, ACA, ACCA, ATT or CTA. We are an approved ACCA employer, holding trainee development status at platinum level.
Training doesn’t just stop at entry level, we give our team the skills they need to be future leaders at each stage of their professional development.
Our ‘Senior Promotion and Development Framework’ is a scheme we have designed to provide clear and achievable work goals – enabling us to find Partners of the future.
Communication and support
Our regular HR Newsletter is an opportunity to share news, welcome new joiners, celebrate the achievements of our team and promote nation-wide events, including guidance and resources on such things as International Women’s Day and World Mental Health Day.
Our firm uses LifeWorks, a trusted mental health and wellbeing partner to over 15,000 organisations around the world. We have had lots of positive feedback from our team on the benefits of this platform and the support and resources it provides.
