Sam Holloway has been promoted to Senior Tax Manager, while Kate Gaunt becomes Private Client Assistant Manager and Robert Wild Tax Assistant Manager. Within our Audit team, Emma Brown has been promoted to the role of Audit Assistant Manager.
Sam has been instrumental in providing our clients with specialist advice on matters concerning corporation tax, income tax, capital gains tax and stamp duty land tax since he joined the firm in 2008. As a landlord, Sam has a keen interest in property related businesses, whether held personally, in a partnership or in a corporate structure.
Kate joined our firm in 2017, specialising in private client taxation. Kate provides compliance and advisory services for a wide range of clients, including individuals, sole traders, trusts and estates. Kate is a qualified probate practitioner and undertakes probate and estate administration services within her role.
Chartered Tax Adviser, Robert supports a wide range of clients with their tax affairs, including individuals, sole traders, partnerships and companies.
Emma joined us in 2018, after completing a degree in Management. She is a Chartered Accountant and is responsible for managing the smooth running of many of our audits.
