Trust's Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Before entering into a business relationship with a registrable trust we are required under The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 to obtain a copy of the current Trust Registration Service proof of registration document.

We are unable to carry-out any work for the trustees unless we have sight of the proof of registration or are engaged to register the trust.
