Application Process and Requirements

Applications for our 2027 Trainee Programme will open on 1 September 2026.

Graduates do not need to have completed a degree in the relevant discipline to be considered for our programmes.

We consider your academic qualifications alongside your other strengths – a commitment to the profession, motivation, ambition and dedication.

School Leavers:

• Committed team player
• Enthusiastic will a willingness to learn
• Have at least 5 GCSE grades 9-4 or A*-C
• Have a 4/C grade or above for English and Maths at GCSE
• Have at least 3 A*-C A Level grade pass results, or equivalent

Graduates:

• Committed  team player
• Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
• Have at least 5 GCSE grades 9-4 or A*-C
• Have a 4/C grade or above for English and Maths at GCSE
• Have at least 3 A*-C A Level grade pass results, or equivalent
• Have at least a 2:2 degree or predicted degree

There are several stages to our selection process and each one is designed to ensure we understand the most about you and your abilities.

Here is our timeline for each of our Trainee Programmes – giving some clarity to what happens and when.
